Drafting (CAD) software. This software gives us the ability

Our exclusive DuraFirmâ„¢ pads are tear
resistant, extra thick and ultra comfortable. We use the
highest density foam in the industry with an 8 Lb. rebond
rating to ensure total support. |

Cables
Our nylon-coated cables are constructed of 2200Lb. test,
galvanized steel in a 7 x 19 cable pattern. Our cables
are engineered to meet U.S. military specifications and
carry a 4:1 safety factor against stretching and breakage. |

Pulleys
Impact resistant, Body-Solid pulleys are precision matched
to our cable diameter and engineered for precise cable
tracking. Fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys revolve
on sealed ball bearings that never need maintenance and

Frames
All Body-Solid machine frames feature all-4-side welded
construction instead of the typical 2-side stitch welds
that have become common in the industry. We use heavy-duty
2" x 2", 2" x 3" and 2" x 4"
high tensile strength steel in our mainframes along with
hardened, heavy gauge bolts and reinforcement plates for
rock-solid stability. |
